At Scentrique Niche Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your olfactory journey; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened perfume in its original manufacturer packaging and shipping box to ensure the delicate glass bottle is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our boutique warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
